Mini-Bako-S - Sanomat production machine - without cooling
These RK Baketech whipped cream machines are equipped with manual operation and a connection for an external switch. The whipped cream is available immediately and in the right quantity at the touch of a button, so no valuable whipped cream has to be thrown away. With a garnish hose, the whipped cream produced can be directly sprayed on without any post-processing.
The RK Baketech Mini-Bako-S has a high processing speed of 120 liters of unbeaten whipped cream per hour. The Sanomat Industrie-Bako-S even processes up to 160 liters of whipped cream per hour and has a 400 Volt motor. This makes this whipped cream machine even more suitable for continuous use. In addition, the 400 Volt motor ensures smooth running. Due to the closed housing, this model is even easier to clean.

The Industrie-Bako-GP draws the chilled cream directly from the cream container, achieving a high level of efficiency. It has a stronger pump and enables up to 400 litres of whipped cream to be produced per hour. Also available with a GP connection for connecting a garnishing pistol or a foot switch or automatic machine shut-down, if required.
